Time: Please do your best to be on time, so I can complete the treatment in full and give you all the pampering you deserve.

Cancellation Policy: Please be reminded that cancellations/amendments made 48-24 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the appointment amount. Cancellations/amendments/reschedules made less than 24hours will be charged at full price of the original appointment. Please note that COVID-19 or any other illness related cancellations, will still be charged

Nail Fixtures: If there are any issues with your nails within 48 hours, they will be fixed for free. Please get in touch within 48 hours.

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions: They are valid for one year from purchase date, non-refundable and have no cash value and can only be used to purchase treatments.

Gratuities: Personal recommendations are the best compliment. A monetary tip is left at your discretion.
